Regional Office Manager

* ** Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in office management, business administration, human resources, accounting, or related OR a high school diploma and 4+ years of experience in office management or related**
* ** Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information**
* ** Strong verbal and written communication skills**
* ** Proficient knowledge MS Office Suite (Excel) and database management**
* ** Possess effective time management skills**
* ** High degree of human relation skills: ability to effectively communicate and manage information to peers, staff and volunteers**
* ** Ability to manage systems, multiple projects, and meet deadlines**
* ** Ability to obtain CPR/AED certification within first 30 days of employment**
* ** Must have a strong collaborative work ethic, ability to work on multiple projects under pressure with tight deadlines with minimum supervision**
* ** Ability to build relationships and interact and communicate positively with all levels of management, employees, volunteers, vendors, and members**
* ** Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, Accounting, or related**
* ** Y-USA Team Leader certification**
* ** Knowledge of internal systems:
Workday, SGA, and Traction Rec**
* ** Non-profit experience
*** Ability to pass a pre-employment background check including Criminal Record check, Drug Screening, motor vehicle record (MVR) and reference check according to company policy.
