PositionSenior Human Resources Generalist leads a seamless employee lifecycle by overseeing onboarding, engagement initiatives, culture programs, compliance activities, and performance management support. This role supports the recruiting process, serving as a resource regarding company policies and procedures and assists with training and development initiatives. This role partners closely with the HR Director to deliver consistent, meaningful employee experiences that reinforce company values and strengthen retention, satisfaction, and organizational culture.
Responsibilities- Support the full employee lifecycle by driving onboarding, offboarding, culture programs and events, and company training.
- Partner with the HR Director to deliver timely communication on key HR programs, including EOS quarterly discussions and the annual review process ensuring timely completion.
- Conduct new hire orientation and maintain accurate, up-to-date HR policies and employee handbook content.
- Develop and implement company-wide engagement strategies; plan and execute events including town halls, social activities, holiday celebrations, and the annual All-Star recognition event.
- Execute employee engagement surveys, analyze data to identify trends, and prepare reports for review.
- Produce internal communications such as weekly employee news, monthly birthday announcements, and culture materials.
- Administer recognition and rewards programs that promote a culture of appreciation.
- Coordinate annual compliance training and track completion across departments.
- Support HQ store training and award events by coordinating all travel, lodging, and meal logistics.
- Guide and coach the Executive Assistant, providing desk coverage when needed to ensure seamless support to the Founders.
