Join our dynamic team as an HR Business Partner, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Director of HR for Global Functions. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of implementing strategic, tactical, and operational HR goals, ensuring our company remains a leader in employee engagement and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with corporate functions to drive day‑to‑day HR operations and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide expert advice to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and systems, fostering a positive and productive workplace.
- Utilize Success Factors to manage recruiting, offers, terminations, and performance management, serving as a resource for employees and supervisors.
- Lead the onboarding process for new corporate employees, conducting orientations and promoting our positive employment brand from Day 1.
- Partner with corporate leaders to understand business needs and translate them into recommendations that enable performance, growth and organizational health.
- Analyze HR data and prepare insightful reports for HRBP team members and managers, helping to drive informed decision‑making.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employee relations, performance management, and talent development issues.
- Respond to employee inquiries via MyHR and manage compliance with FMLA/ADA and other leave programs as needed.
- Support the maintenance of employee records in Success Factors, using data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Recommend tools, systems, and process enhancements that elevate HR operations and improve the employee and manager experience.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 5‑7 years of HR experience, preferably as a generalist or business partner within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Success Factors) and the ability to navigate workforce analytics with ease.
- Comfortable advising leaders while also rolling up your sleeves when needed.
Pay Range: $86,700.00 - $
