Position Summary:
SENTA Partners seeks aelligence, highly organized, service‑oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support recruiting operations and workforce development programs across the organization. This role coordinates early talent programs, manages recruiting data and reporting, supports hiring manager training, and facilitates collaboration between Recruiting, HR, and Operations. The position is based in SENTA’s Support Services Center in Sandy Springs, GA.
- Coordinate non‑clinical and clinical externship programs, including onboarding documentation, site placement logistics, scheduling, and communication with schools and site leaders.
- Support development and execution of workforce development and pipeline programs aligned to long‑term staffing needs.
- Support rollout of new recruiting processes and tools through communication and documentation.
- Partner with broader HR team to coordinate hiring manager training, scheduling sessions, distributing materials, and tracking completion.
- Support monthly and quarterly recruiting reports by pulling data, validating accuracy, and preparing reporting templates.
- Build or maintain recruiting dashboards and trackers to support leadership visibility into hiring activity and pipeline health.
- Coordinate logistics for recruitment conferences, career fairs, and networking events, including registrations, materials, travel coordination, and attendee tracking.
- Manage recruiting supplies and marketing materials such as signage, giveaways奔驰, flyers, and branded materials.
- Maintain inventory of recruiting supplies and coordinate reorders as needed.
- Support recruiting leadership with special projects related to process improvement, technology implementation, and program expansion.
- Assist with documentation of recruiting workflows, SOPs, and process updates.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operation of recruiting programs and initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years in HR coordination, recruiting operations, program coordination, or administrative support roles; healthcare experience preferred.
- Experience supporting recruiting analytics and performance reporting preferred.
- Experience supporting or coordinating early‑career talent programs, including partnerships with schools, training programs, and internal stakeholders.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS); experience with Kronos and Smartsheet preferred.
