We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented professional to support our People & Technology HR technology initiatives.
Your New RoleThe IT Analyst – P&C Technology will play a pivotal role in supporting the People & Technology (HR) technology initiatives within the organization. This position is responsible for providing technical support and application management across a diverse range of HR systems, ensuring the seamless operation of HR technology, managing incidents, and driving enhancements and projects that align with organizational objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include managing HR application projects, providing technical support for incidents and enhancements, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of HR initiatives.
Technical Application Support- Provide technical support for incidents and enhancements across various HR applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement system updates, patches, and enhancements.
- Maintain documentation of technical processes and support procedures for HR applications.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements within HR applications.
- Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance the efficiency of HR operations.
- Develop and implement best practices for HR system configuration and maintenance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements to ensure sustained benefits.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in HR application management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR teams, IT, and business units.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to ensure alignment on HR initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to translate requirements and ensure successful implementation of HR projects.
- Provide training and support to end‑users to enhance their understanding and utilization of HR systems.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.
- Lead and manage projects related to HR applications, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to effectively manage HR initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met and deliverables are achieved.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to address any deviations from the plan.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management.
- 2+ years of experience in technical application support and HR technology, preferably within HR or related fields.
- Proven track record of managing projects and providing technical support for enterprise applications.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with HR applications and platforms such as Workday, SAP Success Factors, or Oracle HCM.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience in a global organization or within the media and entertainment industries.
