Our client in South Atlanta is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support assigned business units across the full spectrum of Human Resources. This role partners closely with employees and leaders to deliver practical, people-focused HR solutions spanning recruiting, employee relations, talent development, training, and benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted HR partner to assigned business units, providing guidance on HR programs, policies, and procedures while responding to employee questions with accuracy and professionalism
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with employees and leaders by maintaining a visible HR presence and meeting employees where they work
  • Advise business unit leadership on people-related needs, challenges, and workforce planning initiatives
  • Support continuous improvement across HR processes by contributing new ideas and applying lean principles to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Drive process and procedure enhancements across HR operations
  • Provide staffing and workforce availability insights to support project assignments and global mobility planning
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relocations and transfers, coordinating vendor billing, temporary housing, and community resources
  • Partner with hiring managers on offer execution and support end-to-end onboarding to ensure a smooth new-hire experience
  • Assist with immigration and work authorization processes (including visas and permanent residency) in collaboration with HR leadership
  • Support benefits administration and prepare employment verification letters as needed
  • Manage and facilitate performance management and development programs, including manager training, succession planning support, and leadership discussion materials
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong working knowledge of HR policies, practices, and compliance
  • High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities

    Experience with continuous improvement concepts and basic lean methodologies
  • Analytical, solutions-oriented mindset with solid problem-solving skills
  • Approachable and able to build rapport across all levels of the organization
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally
  • Adaptable, quick learner who embraces change and evolving systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills required); experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday strongly preferred
