Overview

Workforce Transformation Partner – The Mansion, 1050 Techwood Dr NW, Atlanta, GA 30318, United States

11 Months contract

What We Do/Project

As Warner Bros. Discovery undergoes a significant transformation to evolve into two distinct organizations, we are seeking a Workforce Transformation Partner on a contract basis to support this critical phase. This temporary role will contribute to the design and implementation of organizational models that align with our strategic separation goals.

This is a temporary contract position with a defined scope and timeline.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with People & Culture (P&C) leaders and transformation teams to support organizational design and workforce planning during the separation process.
  • Utilize tools such as Orgvue to model and analyze organizational structures, reporting lines, and role clarity.
  • Support the execution of workforce transition plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency.
  • Track and monitor implementation of organizational changes across business units, ensuring consistency and alignment.
  • Input to and drive alignment with financial budgets & synergy/dyssynergy tracking
  • Support in data cleanse / review activities such as updates to reporting lines, legal entities, cost centres etc associated with employees as a result of the business split/separation
  • Support P&C Partner in downstream actions and activities associated with org design & modelling including talent selection, implementation of new positions, joiners/leavers management
Must Have Skills / Requirements
  • Org Design Tool or Platform experience — 2+ years of experience;
    Orgvue, Chart Hop, or Workday experience
  • Understanding of HR (People and Culture) Teams and partnering with HR — 5+ years of experience
  • HR Analytics Tool Experience — 2+ years of experience; e.g. Workday
Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements
  • Experience supporting large-scale business transformations or separations is a plus.
  • Stakeholder management
Soft Skills
  • Proven experience in workforce planning, organizational design, or HR transformation projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Interview Process / Next Steps
  • 1 panel interview with HM, P&C Partner, and Org Design manager
Additional Notes
  • Sourcing in ATL – Techwood.
  • Hybrid role – No required amount of days in office – may be required to be in-person for workshops and other meetings.
