  • Facilitate local-level interpretation of culture data, supporting conversations that drive alignment, ownership, and meaningful change.

Performance, Readiness & Development Insights

  • Create clear, visually compelling dashboards and reports that summarize progress, insights, and outcomes of talent programs.

  • Partner with HR Technology and Analytics teams to enhance reporting capabilities, maintain data integrity, and drive adoption of technology-enabled talent practices.
  • Leverage emerging technologies and AI tools to streamline processes, improve decision-making, and enhance employee development experiences.

Collaboration & Influence

  • Act as a strategic partner to HR colleagues and business leaders, helping them interpret and apply enterprise talent strategies to their teams and functions.
  • Facilitate discussions, workshops, and reviews that promote consistency, understanding, and accountability for talent outcomes.
  • Partner cross-functionally within the People Development & Culture team to ensure programs and practices are integrated, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.
