As part of our growth, we are looking for a HR Specialist Analytics & Projects (m/f/d) to support with the design of the HR projects and reports for data analysis. You will be working within the People and Culture area.

YOUR TASKS

• Participation in the design, implementation, and coordination of HR projects, including ownership of individual HR initiatives.
• Preparation of reports and analyses
• Coordination and execution of national compensation processes (e.g., collective salary increases, bonus payments)
• Development of communication strategies and materials, as well as presentations
• Handling of special topics in the HR area

YOUR PROFILE

• Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field
• Initial professional experience in HR or Controlling is desirable
• Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
• Fluent in Spanish and English language skills
• Proactive and independent working style
• Team orientation and quick comprehension
• High resilience and flexibility
