Summary:

Performs a variety of human resources administration functions, including hiring processes, recruiting, initial training, new associate orientation, administering benefits, entering associate information into the automated resource system, maintaining personnel files, providing counseling, and maintaining EEO/AA records.

• Conducts hiring processes and recruiting activities.
• Delivers initial training and new associate orientation.
• Administers benefits and maintains accurate personnel files.
• Maintains EEO/AA records and ensures compliance with applicable laws and policies.

• Ensures delivery of high-quality customer service.
• Strong communication, planning, organizing, and decision-making abilities.
• Organized, self-disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and communicates timely and effectively at all levels.
• Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 2 years of related experience.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.

Securitas will offer a rate ranging from $22.00 - $23.00/ Per Hour in addition to a full benefit package that includes the items above.

Additionally, some populations may have access to earned wages on a daily basis, prior to payday. Restrictions and fees may apply. Certain waiting periods may apply. Paid time away from work may be available either through a combination of vacation and sick time or under a PTO policy, depending on local requirements. Benefits may be different for union members.
