Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end executive recruitment processes for senior roles in banking, senior leadership, and high-level management roles.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client organizations, understanding their strategic goals and specific talent requirements to ensure a tailored recruitment approach.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage high-caliber executive talent across multiple banking sectors.
  • Build and nurture a network of industry professionals and senior leaders.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews, assessments, and screening of executive candidates.
  • Provide clients with detailed write-ups, including an in-depth evaluation of candidates’ skills, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit.
  • Serve as a trusted consultant to clients, providing market insights, industry trends, compensation benchmarking, and talent strategy recommendations to assist in executive talent decisions.
  • Manage the offer process for executive candidates, including salary negotiation, contract discussions, and transition planning, ensuring smooth communication between the client and the candidate.
  • Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate and client information throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of executive search or recruitment experience within an agency, with a focus on senior roles in the banking and financial services industry being a plus
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting senior executives, particularly in the banking industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with senior executives and understand their unique leadership needs.
  • Exceptional sourcing and headhunting skills using various channels, including networking, social media, and recruitment platforms.
  • High-level of intellectual curiosity and creativity.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Experience working with senior leadership teams to understand talent strategy and business objectives.
