Position Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator will assist in the administration of Human Resources (HR) practices and objectives that will provide an employee‑oriented, high‑performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and compliance. The coordinator will be primarily responsible for ensuring the execution, compliance, and timeliness of New Hire and onboarding processes. They will also take on other administrative duties in recruiting and auditing and collaborate with other HR functions on projects and initiatives.
The position reports to the Director of Human Resources and is hybrid, allowing for most workweeks to be split between in‑office and out‑of‑office work.
- Administer New Hire employees into our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring proper completion of required paperwork and timely, accurate processing
- Collaborate in the posting of job requisitions through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Manage the Paycom support queue and respond to team member questions in a timely manner
- Assist with coordinating and supporting HR training classes for team members and leaders
- Manage employee records retention and archive
- Manage our Verifications of Employment
- Manage our E‑Verify compliance program
- Perform routine system audits in our HRIS system to ensure data continuity
- Takes ownership of assigned processes and proposes innovations and continuous improvement
- Collaborate in creating/generating HR training content using multiple software
- Perform other duties in support of the HR team as directed
- Proven track record of learning a software system and performing multi‑layered administrative tasks within the system with accuracy
- Deductive reasoning and discretion in handling sensitive information and deciding on employment or continued employment eligibility
- Strong computer skills: comfortable using numerous programs such as the Internet, Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) and the ability to learn and be proficient in other systems and software (Adobe Acrobat, Pest Pac, HRIS, Applicant Pro, Intranet, etc.)

- This position must maintain confidentiality
- HR experience and/or a degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, but not required
Works with computers every day, including frequent phone calls. The work environment and physical demands described below are representative of those that an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
