Atrium is recruiting for a Payroll Manager on behalf of a fast-growing PE-backed company.
Responsibilities- Manage a mid-sized payroll team including providing training and development opportunities for team members.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing across the US for salaried and hourly employees
- Federal, State, and local payroll tax compliance
- Handle and manage reconciliations, deductions, wage garnishments, etc.
- Develop and document policies and procedures related to payroll
- Implement and integrate technology in addition to process around payroll tools
- Support payroll related projects
- CPP or FPC is highly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Multi-state full cycle payroll is required
- Project and transformation experience is highly preferred
