Responsibilities
  • Learning Program Design & Delivery
  • Lead global training design:
    Develop, design, and deliver the organization’s training plan for employees worldwide (including U.S.). Design high-impact programs such as success skills, individual contributor development, and manager training—focused on exceptional customer service and people skills.
  • Facilitate impactful learning:
    Deliver instructor‑led sessions for U.S. employees while partnering with global Learning Community to continually enhance and share learning best practices.
  • Curate learning solutions:
    Research and recommend training programs based on market insights and partner with learning providers to address business and individual needs from annual development plans or ad‑hoc requests.
  • Develop engaging content:
    Draft training materials and collaborate with Instructional Designers to ensure effective delivery and learner experience.
  • Drive communication & engagement:
    Drive engagement through Learning Platform communications with regular cadence. Share individual program and course details with participants and managers before, during, and after programs.
  • Enhance digital learning:
    Identify, implement, and evaluate online learning resources for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with leaders:
    Work with business leaders and managers to assess and identify skill development needs and activities.
  • Talent Management
  • Align talent strategy with business goals:
    Map talent management capabilities to priorities like engagement and retention.
  • Drive continuous improvement:
    Collect feedback and refine talent processes for better outcomes.
  • Lead U.S. implementation:
    Manage rollout of talent updates, including change management, training, FAQs, and communications.
  • Enable self‑service:
    Develop user‑friendly guides and video tutorials for employees and managers that enhance and simplify user experience.
  • Provide post‑launch support:
    Ensure ongoing assistance and troubleshooting after implementation.
  • Ensure quality and compliance:
    Conduct quarterly user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate workflows for performance reviews, learning, and succession planning.
  • Manage Projects
  • Lead strategic L&D initiatives to adapt to evolving business strategies, policies, processes, technology legislation, and industry trends—ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with the Director of Training, HR, and global learning teams on engagement, culture, and values projects tied to L&D strategy and deliverables.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback surveys and participant/manager interviews.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing feedback, identifying opportunities, and implementing enhancements.
  • Review and optimize programs for impact, cost‑effectiveness, alternative methods, and providers—recommending changes were needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Business or related field
  • 5-8 plus years of professional experience in training with a minimum of 3 years of experience in adult learning, instructional design, curriculum development utilizing blended learning approaches
  • Prior work experience employing instructional design principles and practices including adult learning methodology, interactive training and learning design, eLearning design principles, and designing for multi‑generational audiences.
