$26.00/hr – $30.00/hr

Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive client in the north Atlanta area seeking an experienced Recruiting Specialist on a CONTRACT basis.

This position will require in-office work, so only candidates in the metropolitan Atlanta area will be considered.

• Manage high-volume requisitions related to retail operation positions.
• Handle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Prepare job postings and maintain pipeline of active resumes.
• Manage recruiting efforts from sourcing, phone screen, scheduling interviews and building pipeline of candidates.
• Handle reference checks and lead employee orientations.

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Must possess strong time management and organizational skills.
• Must be able to multitask in a high-volume environment and quickly adapt to change.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
