Position SummaryThe People Operations Generalist plays a vital role in supporting the operational and cultural initiatives of the People Operations team. This position will be required to be in office 1-2 days per week in the Norcross, GA area.
Key Responsibilities Core HR Operations- Maintain and organize employee files and People Ops documentation in compliance with internal standards and legal requirements.
- Manage and update templates and documentation used across People Ops processes.
- Reconcile transactions on the People Ops Concur card and support expense tracking.
- Provide administrative support for The Delta program and other internal communication initiatives.
- Provides general administrative support to the Chief People Officer and other team members as needed.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and system maintenance in Dayforce as needed.
- Coordinate employee recognition and appreciation programs.
- Utilize Dayforce and Microsoft Teams functionality to promote positive employee engagement and culture-building.
- Support the planning and execution of employee interest group activities and engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate communications and activities that will foster the HUMAN core values within the company.
- Partner with the marketing team to provide People Ops content for the monthly company newsletter.
- Assist in planning and documenting People Ops team meetings.
- Act as a flexible resource (“floater”) for People Ops functions as needed throughout the year such as Open Enrollment, Performance Reviews, Annual Surveys, etc.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives that support the strategic goals of the People Operations team.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or administrative support roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Dayforce) and Microsoft Office/Teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
