The Payroll Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the HR Department by assisting in the planning, coordination, and evaluation of various services, policies, and programs. This position is responsible for overseeing payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely completion each week.

• Process payroll weekly for over 300 employees.
• Assist employees with benefit questions, enrollment, and HRIS issues.
• Conduct employment verifications.
• Maintain current knowledge of Federal and State laws and compliance requirements.
• Manage employee personnel records.
• Drive results passionately by acting swiftly to ensure the long‑term best interests of company objectives.
• Stay informed about the competitive landscape, including trends in payroll and benefits.

Education: Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources, Management, or related field.

Experience: 5+ years in Human Resources and payroll.

• In-depth knowledge of the Human Resources field.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (UKG and ADP) and Microsoft Office products.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.

Location:

Atlanta, GA. Salary: $75,000 – $85,000.
