About the CompanyThe HR Search Co. has been engaged to manage a confidential search for a Benefits Analyst. This is a Fortune 500 client with a well-resourced HR function, located in Sandy Springs (400/285), hybrid 4/1.
About the RoleWe need an analytical HR/Benefits professional with experience managing multi-state benefits plans for a growing company of 15,000 employees. This role offers great management opportunities and is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex benefits issues.
Responsibilities- Manage and analyze benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with multi-state regulations.
- Provide strategic recommendations for benefits improvements.
- Collaborate with HR and management on benefits-related issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in benefits administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in benefits management software.
- Experience with multi-state benefits plans.
- Certification in benefits or HR-related fields.
