Remote Workday HRIS Analyst (with VNDLY experience)
Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a REMOTE Workday HRIS Analyst (with VNDLY experience) for a Contract/Contract to Hire assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients.
Responsibilities- Work directly with the Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation and Employee Relations teams to design, plan, test and implement changes.
- Handle sensitive data with utmost care and caution prior to making any system changes.
- Design, test, implement and administer the Workday Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
- VNDLY experience preferred.
- Five years or more experience configuring core HCM modules:
Talent, Compensation, Performance, Security Configuration. - Proficiency creating and editing business processes, custom reports and dashboards.
- Triage, diagnose and resolve issues from end-users, business process events, and integration events.
- VNDLY integration experience desired.
- Lead assigned HRIS projects: plan, design, build, test, release and learn.
- Create and maintain end-user and training documentation.
- Maintain change‑management documentation meeting audit controls and compliance practices.
- Prepare for and support twice‑annual upgrades and annual HCM processes such as performance, calibration and compensation review.
- Proactively monitor new Workday features and advocate appropriate adoption plans.
- Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Learning agility – assimilate new projects quickly and stay organized across multiple priorities.
- Effective presentation skills – write technical matters clearly and verbally restate complex issues for the audience.
- Trusted team player – work well across departments and organizational levels.
- Demonstrate priority setting, business acumen, project planning and composure under pressure.
- Workday Pro Certified, preferred.
- Ability to create BIRT reports, Report Groups and Composite Reports.
- Prior experience with HCM modules:
Recruitment, Payroll, Time Entry, VNDLY, Time Off, Advanced Compensation. - Demonstrate priority setting, business acumen, project planning and composure under pressure.
