The Guest Services Supervisor will oversee daily front desk and guest service operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth processes. Responsibilities include managing and training team members, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, handling receptionist duties, and maintaining the highest levels of guest satisfaction. The individual will also collaborate with hotel management to optimize service delivery and uphold company standards.

• Proven Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead and manage staff effectively
• Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and providing an exceptional guest experience
• Customer Service skills to handle guest needs and resolve issues promptly
• Excellent Communication skills for liaising with guests, staff, and other stakeholders
• Experience in executing Receptionist Duties, including tasks such as check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hospitality environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry or hotel operations is an asset
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or training are a plus
• Must have FOSSE experience.
