The Hotel Host creates a welcoming, helpful, and exceptional experience for guests by maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment. Responsibilities include managing the Hotel Host Stand, Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room, TV den, guest check-in and check-out, and servicing meeting rooms. Previous guest service experience and good communication skills are required.

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience, preferably in hospitality
• Flexible schedule for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Strong command of English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, pull, and push at least 20 lbs
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
