Job Description

Candidate must have the flexibility to work both Night Audit and flexibility to work PM shifts (3pm-11pm) when needed. We’re really looking for someone to cover night audit weekends - Saturdays and Sundays. This will be at the rate of $18 when working night audit and $17 when working pm shifts. • Nighttime Welcome Wagon: Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check-ins, reservations, and those late-night questions like a pro.
• Master of Midnight Math: Own the Night Audit! Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure every number is in its proper place. Detail-oriented individuals will excel here.
• Guardian of the Glow-Up: Keep the property safe with regular security walks. Be the calm, watchful presence that helps guests sleep easy.
• The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insight on overnight activity.
• Teamwork After Twilight: Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations and top-notch service, even during off-peak hours.
• Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: Proficient with Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing; ability to solve problems independently is a plus.

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.

The Lenox Marta Station is 0.7 mi from the hotel. A flat-screen TV with Netflix streaming, and a coffee machine are provided in all rooms at AC Hotel Atlanta Buckhead at Phipps Plaza.
