Banquet Bartender

The opportunity

Delaware North Sport service is searching for seasonal Banquet Bartenders to join us at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Banquet Bartender, you will be responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at events while providing an excellent guest experience.

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

This is a seasonal position that works during the baseball season as well as catering events throughout the year. The baseball season starts in March and goes until October, pending possible playoff schedule.

$17.15 – $17.15 / hour

• Set up portable bar with all the appropriate items
• Organize wine and champagne service for meal functions
• Maintain bar supplies and glassware and know drink recipes, prices, and types of beverages available
• Measure all drinks using the appropriate measuring tool and encourage sales to guests
• Complete sales and inventory reports accurately
• Maintain bar stock by ordering liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Minimum of 3 years of bartending experience
• Experience in cash handling and credit card processing required
• Previous experience using computerized point of sales system required

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Noise level may be moderate to high during busy times
• Will be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures and weather conditions depending on the season
