Overview

The Signia by Hilton Atlanta is seeking a polished Ambassador to join Club Signia, a 976-room milestone property offering guests an elevated experience in Southern Hospitality. Club Signia is an exclusive lounge with chef-curated dishes and complimentary drinks. This is a hybrid position as a host and server. Ideal candidates have open availability and luxury experience in an upscale restaurant or hotel setting, are teachable and reliable, and can communicate in a warm and professional manner.

Shift Pattern: variable, weekend/holiday availability required.

The Ambassador will be directly responsible for the guest's arrival and departure experience and for operational support related to guest requests, recommendations, and touches. You will serve food and/or beverages to guests and aim to deliver outstanding guest service and contribute to financial profitability. Specific responsibilities include:

• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Ensure knowledge of menu, restaurant promotions and specials
• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in the point-of-sale system
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with regulations
• Maintain a well-stocked serving station
