Breakfast Host – Vision Hospitality Group, Inc.

The Breakfast Host meets and greets breakfast guests as they arrive and thanks them when they depart. The host directs guests through the breakfast bar, cleans and maintains the breakfast station, restocks items as needed, and assists team members to support our “ONE TEAM. ONE VISION.” philosophy.

• Greet and assist breakfast guests.
• Direct guests through breakfast bar.
• Clean and maintain breakfast station.
• Restock items as necessary.
• Perform all required brand, vision university, and health & safety training.
• Adhere to brand standards and company policies.
• Provide personalized, friendly service to each guest.
• Maintain inventory of food items and supplies.
• Prepare food items for breakfast service according to occupancy.
• Set up and clear service area each day.
• React promptly to spills, accidents, and service issues.
• Keep pantry and storage area clean, safe, and sanitary.
• Stay aware of local attractions and guest interests.

• Ability to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills in writing, verbally, and in person.
• Team player with integrity and a positive attitude.
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand/walk 8 hours, and use a step stool.
• Knowledge of fire alarm system and evacuation procedures.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Proficient at using kitchen/workstation equipment.
• Must have English proficiency for reading/writing and speaking.
• Experience in hospitality or food service preferred.
