As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay. You'll lead a dedicated team, oversee daily operations, and step into the Housekeeping Manager's shoes when needed.

• Supervisory Skills
  :
  Manage daily operations, including inspections and reporting to ensure that standards and productivity levels are being met.
• Communication and Leadership
  :
  Lead and motivate a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants. Provide training and support to staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Safety and Compliance
  :
  Handle "Lost and Found" items with care and integrity. Maintain key control and ensure safety standards are met. Access back-of-house areas of the hotel and sensitive information, including Master Keys and/or guestrooms, storage/liquor room, and secured filing cabinets.
• Sanitation and Cleanliness
  :
  Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in all facilities and equipment.

• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
