Job Summary

The Four Points by Sheraton Atlanta Airport West PM Front Office Operations Supervisor serves as the PM Point Person on Duty (MOD) for the Four Points Atlanta Airport West. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will oversee the total hotel operation during the evening shift. This role is the primary authority for guest resolution, emergency response, and shuttle logistics, ensuring that our high-volume airport property operates smoothly while the GM is off-site.

Key Responsibilities
  • PM Supervisor:
    Act as the senior leader on-site for all evening operations; handle high-level guest recovery, emergency response, and safety protocols.
  • Marriott Operations:
    Lead the front desk team in maintaining Marriott brand standards. Must be proficient in Marriott systems (GXP, Empower, and Light Speed) to manage arrivals and Elite guest recognition.
  • Shuttle & Logistics:
    Oversee the airport shuttle schedule to ensure timely pickups/drop-offs and coordinate with drivers to manage the heavy flow of airport travelers.
  • Safety & Security:
    Serve as the first responder for any safety or security incidents. Monitor public areas and ensure a secure environment for guests and associates.
  • Laundry, Restaurant & Housekeeping Oversight:
    Monitor evening laundry production to ensure the housekeeping team is set up for success the following morning.
  • Shift Reporting:
    Provide a detailed "End of Shift" log for the General Manager, documenting occupancy, any mechanical/maintenance issues, and guest service recovery.
