About the Role
Phoenix Hotel is seeking friendly, professional on call Banquet Servers to join our events team. You’ll help create exceptional guest experiences at weddings, conferences, and special events by setting up, serving, and breaking down banquet functions.
What You’ll Do- Set up and serve food and beverages during events
- Provide attentive, high-quality guest service
- Clear tables and assist with post-event cleanup
- Maintain a clean and professional work area
- Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and polished appearance
