ResponsibilitiesThe Event Billing Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
- Event Billing Status Report – weekly task
- Group Business Billing
- Billing Updates
- Cashless Bar Checks
- Catering Cancellation Fees and all duties as related to Billing of Events/Catering Business
- 2 years minimum Billing or Finance Clerk experience
- Highly organized
- Great verbal/written skills
- Great interpersonal communications skills
- Proficiency and working knowledge of Catering/Events Systems is preferred
- Proficiency working with Microsoft Apps such as Excel
- Proficiently navigate computer systems and applications
