Valet Attendant – Atlanta Area
Part‑time and full‑time shifts are available at multiple Atlanta‑area hotel locations.
Job Summary- Pay ranges from $10–$14/hr depending on position, shift, location, and experience. Valet and overnight valet positions include hourly pay plus cash tips.
- A valid driver’s license is required for all driving positions.
- $100 referral bonus is awarded for each person referred who remains active with us for 90 days.

- Park and retrieve cars efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Greet all customers by name and develop a rapport with each person.
- Help direct traffic to keep the flow of cars clean and organized.

- Charismatic, full of energy, and happy to help in any way you can.
- Responsible – you never disappoint because it’s not in your nature.
- A good driver with a clean driving record; you do not speed and are cautious – especially with other people’s property.
- Good under pressure and not easily overwhelmed; you prefer chaos so you can keep going.
- Good at communicating and able to speak, read, and comprehend English easily.
- A team player who is open to different opinions and can help motivate your team.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Cash handling experience preferred but not required.
- Parking industry experience preferred but not required.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
- Willingness to be flexible and work multiple facility locations.
- Ability to handle challenging and at times, emotionally charged situations.
- Must be able to work unsupervised.
- Must be able to make independent decisions and stay firm on decisions made.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.
- Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods of time.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
