As the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and efficiency. You’ll lead and support the F&B team, manage budgets, streamline processes, and uphold brand standards. Your leadership will drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence across the department.
Key Responsibilities- Drive restaurant and bar operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage food and beverage staff, coordinate daily operations, oversee budgets and inventory.
- Report to the Director of Food & Beverage or General Manager.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and uphold brand standards.
- Hotel experience preferred.
- Combination of education and experience in hospitality food and beverage operations.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Education/literacy sufficient to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests.
- Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
