We are looking for a friendly, detail‑oriented Front Desk Agent to deliver excellent guest services at the Le Meridien in suburban Atlanta (Dunwoody). The position is full‑time and offers a competitive salary and benefits.

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Process all check‑ins and check‑outs according to established hotel requirements.
• Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit card policies and procedures.
• Generate, print and distribute daily reports to designated departments.
• Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests, management and co‑workers.
• Computer proficiency preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
