Provider Relations Representative

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Provider Relations Representative located in Atlanta, GA. The responsibilities of this role include establishing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, supporting network development initiatives, overseeing credentialing processes, delivering exceptional customer service, and facilitating training programs. The Provider Relations Representative will play a crucial role in supporting the success and growth of TOG’s provider networks.

• 1-3 years experience in healthcare, health insurance
• Strong Customer Service skills to address provider concerns and inquiries
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
