* High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate’s degree in office administration or related field preferred.
* One to three years of administrative and clerical experience is preferred
*** Required Skills/Abilities:
*** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Assists corporate staff with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required.

* Physical Requirements:

**** Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
* Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
* Complete criminal background
* Name checked in the registries. (OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities)
* Drug testing
* Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements.
* Proof of employment history or references (if required)
* Positions that require driving Proof of driver's license, driver's insurance, and vehicle, IF required for providing transportation for individuals.
