Surgical Tech - Surgical Tech CVOR

• Minimum 2 years of experience required – Unit accepts first time travelers
• Call requirements: 1 day per week and 1 weekend every 4 weeks (subject to change based on departmental needs)
• Weekend coverage included in call requirements
• Float within facility/scope of practice and to Main OR as needed
• Work with patient age groups:
  Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics
• Patient ratio experience: 1:1
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Skills required:
  
  General OR, Hybrid OR, CVOR procedures, Cardiovascular/thoracic, Transplant & Robotics (Thoracic) preferred
• Experience with cardiac procedures including CABG, TAVR, VAD, mitral valve replacement, and endovascular repairs
• Knowledge of aseptic technique, instrument processing, sterilization/disinfection required
• Experience with laparoscopic assisted cases, endoscopes, and fiber optic equipment care
• Holiday policy:
  Expected to work major holidays that fall within assignment period
• Maximum 7 days RTO allowed
• Full compliance required to start on time
• Clinical screening required to determine clinical fit
• Must be available to submit core items and complete labs within 48 hours of contract signing
