Our client, a leading provider of medical imaging solutions, is expanding its technical team and is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer specializing in X-ray systems. This role involves supporting healthcare clients across Atlanta, GA with the installation, maintenance, and repair of medical imaging equipment. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

• Install, service, and maintain medical X-ray imaging systems at client sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance and quality assurance checks.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and execute timely repairs.
• Document service activities for internal records and client reporting.
• Serve as a key point of contact between customers and internal support teams.
• Ensure all work meets regulatory and safety standards.

• Minimum 2 years of experience servicing or installing medical imaging systems.
• Solid knowledge of X-ray equipment and related technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.
• Willingness to travel throughout the region.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
