Job Description

Develops, implements, plans, schedules and monitors department‑specific programs designed to meet the needs of patients, families and community served. Coordinates and oversees staff, interns, or volunteers in support of program initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, plan, schedule, and monitor department‑specific programs tailored to patient, family, and community needs.
  • Coordinate and oversee staff, interns, or volunteers to support program initiatives.
  • May have additional department‑specific duties as necessary.
Experience
  • 5 years of program coordination experience

  • N/A
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in field appropriate to program assignment (additional training, education, and/or certification may be required with program assignment)
Certification Summary
  • No professional certifications required
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
  • Demonstrated success in program development, implementation, and delivery
  • Demonstrated project planning and project management skills
  • Self‑starter with ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to work effectively under deadlines, with multiple tasks, and with individuals representing all levels within the organization
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • May require reliable transportation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
