Licensure Requirements

• Active Georgia RN license or Compact RN license
• License must be in hand

• Registered Nurse (RN)

• CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) experience required
• Experience with cardiac and vascular procedures
  • Must be competent at levels 3s and 4s
• Strong endovascular experience required
• Preferred (not required):
  • Neurosurgery experience
  • Surgical Oncology experience
  • Robotics experience

• Must be willing to float to General OR if needed
• May be asked to float between three campuses :
  • Emory Saint Joseph’s
  • Emory University
  • Emory Midtown
• Typically 1 day notice for campus floating
• On-call responsibility remains at the originally booked location

• Call required: 48–60 hours every 4-week period
• Weekend call required

• AM 12-hour shifts
• 13-week assignment
• Available start dates: Every Monday

• No local travelers
  • 50-mile radius rule applies

• Nurse Manager interviews all candidates
