Silver Swing ABA is looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst LBA (BCBA) to join our team! • Pay Range: $85,
• Flexible Schedules

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Full-Time: At least 25 billable hours per week
• Location: Atlanta GA

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst LBA certification required.
• Master s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients  lives.
