Overview

We are seeking a Part-Time Intake Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP or FNP) or Physician's Assistant for a substance abuse and mental health recovery center.

The role involves performing all new intake evaluations on the day of client admission, primarily onsite with some telehealth options.

• Responsibilities include conducting psychiatric evaluations, collaborating with medical directors, documenting in electronic records, prescribing medications, and developing treatment plans.
• The role supports clients with co-occurring disorders, medication management, and education, with opportunities to participate in innovative treatment methods.

• Experience with substance abuse settings is preferred; strong evaluation skills and knowledge of DSM-5 are required.
• Daily availability Monday through Friday between 11:00 AM and 9:00 PM is essential for assessments and intake processes.
