Our client in the IT Healthcare industry is looking for a Risk Management Coordinator to join their team!

Location: Fully Remote, candidates in EST are preferred.

Pay: $25/hour W2

Here Is What You Will Be Doing

  • Act as the primary point of contact between departments; monitor shared inboxes, respond to inquiries, and correspond with outside vendors on behalf of Legal and Risk leadership.
  • Support the administration of internal investigations and monitor the risk management case management system.
  • Collect and coordinate internal compliance data for reporting.
  • Facilitate cross-functional policy and procedure reviews.
  • Ensure clinical sites are up to date by communicating requirements for safety drills and quality assurance logs.
  • Implement systems and procedures to streamline compliance efforts.
  • Manage event report entries and follow up on mandatory training requirements for staff.
  • Provide administrative assistance to department leaders on high-priority projects related to practice-wide risk management and privacy initiatives.

Here is what our ideal candidate has:

  • Experience as a coordinator in a risk-focused or compliance-focused professional setting.
  • Experience in healthcare is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including professional telephone etiquette.
  • Must be proficient in Windows-based technologies (Microsoft Word and Excel) and capable of operating standard office equipment.
  • Exceptional investigative and organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to shift focus rapidly in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, customer-service-driven attitude with the ability to represent the organization professionally to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of creativity and strong time management capabilities.
