- Serve as the main point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive timely and accurate information regarding their appointments, treatment plans, and any other needs.
- Oversee the scheduling and rescheduling of patient appointments, ensuring that all scheduling is completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Conduct follow-up calls with patients to confirm appointments, check on their status, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, appointments, and treatment progress within the patient management system.
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure that patient treatment plans are executed effectively and that any patient-specific requirements are met.
- Address and resolve any patient issues or concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.
- Ensure that all patient interactions comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Report weekly metrics on patient interactions, appointment statuses, and any issues to the Practice Manager.
Duties may include other responsibilities, as appropriate, assigned by your manager.
Job RequirementsEducation: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a medical or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and familiar with patient management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records and handling appointments.
- Bilingual - Korean (mother tongue)
- Ability to alternate between sitting and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to read computer screens, and forms with accuracy, including prolonged screen time.
- Ability to lift and carry office supplies, files, and packages weighing up to approximately 15–25 pounds.
