Note: This is a full‑time nationwide travel role. The Atlanta hub address is for posting purposes only. Assignments are on the road and all travel and lodging are provided by the company.
Leave the routine behind. You’ll join a mobile ultrasound team that brings preventive screenings directly to first responder communities across the country. Help identify risk early while enjoying steady weekly pay and fully covered travel.
What We Offer- Starting pay: $2,500 per week
- Company‑paid airfare, hotels, and daily per diem for each assignment

- Mostly Monday–Friday schedule; occasional Saturdays
- Continuing education and registry support
- The chance to provide life‑saving, early detection screenings for first responders
- Perform vascular (including carotid), cardiac, abdominal, pelvic, and small‑parts ultrasound exams
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with participants at screening events
- Assist with set‑up and tear‑down of portable diagnostic equipment and maintain sanitization standards
- Ensure quality imaging and accurate documentation at each site
- Graduation from an accredited ultrasound/sonography program
- Active RDMS or CCI certification (required)
- Minimum 1 year of hands‑on clinical ultrasound experience (preferred 2+ years)
- Flexibility and willingness to travel nationwide for assignments
