APP Night Intensivist

NP/PA Night Intensivist – Northside Hospital

Under general supervision and in concert with medical staff, the NP/PA Night Intensivist performs physical and psycho‑social assessments, establishes medical diagnoses, orders and evaluates diagnostic tests, manages follow‑up care, and performs other related duties. Key tasks include:

• Conducting physical examinations and developing treatment plans.
• Ordering, interpreting, and acting on laboratory and diagnostic test results.
• Providing preventive healthcare counseling and patient education.

• College degree as a Nurse Practitioner from a recognized university affiliated with a medical school.
• Applicable certifications and credentialing as outlined in the Medical Staff Guidelines.

• Two to five years of experience in a medical practice setting focused on diagnosis, treatment, and patient education.
