This role focuses on clinical laboratory testing in blood bank operations at a major hospital, ideal for certified technologists skilled in transfusion services and high-volume lab environments. The position offers flexible start around 02/16/2026 with negotiable pay.

• Perform blood bank testing including antibody screens, cross matches, and transfusion reactions.
• Analyze specimens for blood typing, compatibility, and inventory management.
• Operate lab analyzers and maintain equipment per safety and compliance standards.
• Document results accurately using hospital lab information systems.
• Collaborate with clinical staff for timely blood product release and support.

• Certification as Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS); MLT not considered.
• Minimum 2 years experience in blood bank specialty.
• Active state licensure where applicable.
• No local candidates within 50 miles of Atlanta, GA considered.
