Physical Therapist – Concierge / Consultant (Hybrid Travel + Virtual)
Atlanta, GA
Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide concierge-style consults for employees at partner worksites through virtual visits and quarterly on-site travel. This role focuses on early intervention, first-aid–level evaluations, and clinical triage rather than traditional ongoing patient care. Ideal for a PT who values autonomy, flexibility, relationship-building, and variety. Hybrid schedule with 25–33% travel, competitive salary, bonus potential, and full benefits.
Responsibilities- Provide concierge-style consultations for employees at partner worksites through virtual visits and quarterly on-site travel.
- Focus on early intervention, first-aid–level evaluations, and clinical triage.
- Operate with autonomy, build relationships, and adapt to a variety of settings.
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- 3 years of experience required; OCS or Occupational Health experience preferred
- Full-time is required
- Must live or plan to live within a 45 minute drive of the Houston, Atlanta, New Orleans, or Dallas airports
