SummaryPractices as a Speech Language Pathologist within the scope of care defined in the Georgia State Speech Language Pathology and Audiology Licensing Act. Plans, implements and evaluates SLP intervention to in and outpatients upon consultation with a physician in order to promote the maximal functional outcome of the patient. Responsible for the treatment of all clients referred to the Speech Therapy Department at Grady and Crestview regardless of age, from neonate through geriatrics.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program with Certificate of Clinical Competence required.
- Three (3) years of clinical experience required.
- At least one (1) year of experience in a teaching hospital is preferred.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Georgia (must secure GA state license by employment start date)
- American Heart Association approved CPR Certification Required
