Role SummarySupervises, directs and coordinates the Collection functions, operations, and personnel for Northside Hospital, Northside Hospital Cherokee, Northside Hospital Forsyth and Northside Outpatient Facilities.
Requirements- High School diploma or equivalent and four (4) years collections experience, two (2) of which must have been in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Call center or dialer experience.
- Ability to work independently, and direct and train personnel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Prior collections experience in healthcare environment.
- B.S. degree in Business or related field.
- Five (5) or more years collection experience.
- CPAR/CFC Certified.
