REQUIRED:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or health care related field.
• Demonstrated effective team leadership skills.
• Minimum of 3 years combined experience in health care field in the following functions:
  Quality Improvement or TJC coordination, either in hospital or ambulatory settings.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and report writing.
• Provides clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, organizational ability, objective judgement, self-direction and motivation.
• Ability to function effectively with a wide variety of disciplines, including physicians and nurses.
• Make presentations on topics related to quality and regulatory issues.
• Able to participate as part of a team to accomplish an assigned project.
