About the Position
Full-Time Acute Care OT role
Average patient load:
10 patients/dayTreatment/Evaluation time:
30 minutes per patientSchedule options: 5/8’s, 4/10’s, or 3/12’s
Weekend rotation: 1 in 4
Productivity target: 55–60%
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Open to New Graduates and Experienced Therapists
Strong clinical reasoning and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaborative skills
Servant-leader mindset
